These are provisional terms for a website that is not yet a shop. Full terms and conditions of sale will be published here before any checkout goes live, and you will be asked to accept them at that point.
1. No orders are open
Aphelon is in pre-launch. This site does not display products for sale, does not take payment and has no checkout. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, an invitation to treat, or a binding quotation.
2. No contract of sale is formed
Because no order can be placed, no contract of sale is or can be formed through this website in its current state.
3. Information on this site
We aim to keep this site accurate, but it describes a business in preparation and will change. Anything stated here about future products, ranges or timing is an intention, not a promise.
4. Your statutory rights
Nothing on this site limits your statutory rights. When we do open, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 will apply to purchases, and our returns policy sets out how.
5. Your data
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy. If you email us, we use your message to reply to you and nothing else.
6. Governing law
These provisional terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
