We ship across the United Kingdom. This page explains our delivery options, timeframes and costs. Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

1. Delivery options & times

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Occasionally, courier or stock delays may extend these times.

2. Dispatch & processing

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. During busy periods or sales, processing may take a little longer.

3. Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you tracking details so you can follow your parcel to your door.

4. Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible.

5. Missing or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at hello@aphelonshop.com and we will investigate with the courier.
